Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of security protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance operations.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities or breaches in security.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in accordance with company protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices for conflict management, first aid, CPR, and loss prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and reports for review by management.

Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or law enforcement is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with militarized security protocols is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
