What You Will Be Doing

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes Inventory control strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform Monthly Inventory reconciliations between ChargePoint and global 3PL Locations, validate discrepancies, submit un-reconciliate differences for Management approval and execute Inventory adjustments in timely manner.
  • Follow through with 3PLs and Cost Accounting to perform periodical Cycle counting.
  • Collaborate in the design of CP ABC and Cycle counting algorithm, work with Internal IT and 3PLs to implement its used across all inventory locations.
  • Implements activities related to on time cost-effective in operations and inventory management.
  • Implements, updates, and documents business procedures using ISO 9001 standards.
  • Maintain the best level of performance within the required budget and ensure compliance with all standard projects.
  • Oversees daily business functions and deals with issues.
  • Ability to execute multi-functional activities to support backfilling activities within the same area.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years working knowledge of an ERP system such as Expandable or NetSuite & Oracle Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Inventory controls, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
  • Should be self-directed, could work independently and be initiative-taking.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • There will be some, but minimal travel expected for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding environment and deliver on commitments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Engineering, or IT desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, decision-making and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in statistics, Inventory control methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $94,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
