Compensation
Tiered Per-Visit Pay: $60–$85/visit
Paid cancellations ($25, up to 2/month)
Full-Time Salary Option available
PRN: Higher eval rates, flexible schedule, no evenings/weekends
Coverage Area
Jersey City, NJ (territories designed to minimize travel)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting

Qualifications
- Active state PT license
- DPT or equivalent
