Principal/Senior Scientist Protein Analytics

At Seismic, we're determined to help patients with unmet need by integrating cutting-edge technology and innovative science to generate clinic-ready drugs. We're looking for a rigorous scientist with extensive experience in antibody/protein analytics to join our superstar team.

As a principal scientist, you will design, optimize, and manage protein expression and purification workflows of various antibody formats. You'll spend roughly 70% of your time on lab-based activities, characterizing antibodies to assess biochemical/biophysical properties. You'll also have the opportunity to manage and mentor research associates, co-lead programs, and collaborate with diverse teams of scientists.

Qualifications:

• PhD with 7+ years' experience in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, or related field
• Expertise in protein purification and analytics
• Experience directing Research Associates, Technicians, and CRO's
• This is an on-site, lab-based role
