The Job:
As a Manager, Supply Chain Finance – Working Capital, you’ll be part of our Global Cash & Investments team. You’ll get to:
- Orchestrate forecasting & budgeting processes for Inventory & Payables, including setting expectations for regional teams, rigorously evaluating and challenging forecast assumptions, and articulating risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze monthly close results, consolidate commentary, craft executive-level narratives, and develop reporting and presentations to effectively communicate results.
- Partner with Global Planning to improve forecast accuracy by ensuring linkage between the financial forecast and the Integrated-Business-Planning forecast, while connecting the dots between production, purchasing, and Inventory / Payables levels.
- Work with Global Planning and regional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize working capital.
- Leverage data and develop tools & methods for improving forecast accuracy and sanity-checking forecast submissions.
- Provide cross-functional support on projects, initiatives, and general matters.
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience within Operations Finance or related functions, minimum 8 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionality, influence other teams, and drive performance.
- Proven capabilities in change management and process improvement, with a track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with ERP’s, financial reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion), and leveraging data lakes. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, and/or VBA is advantageous.
