The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a USAC Marketing Communications Sr. Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the US and Canada. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Driving and managing creative projects for Industrial and Collision Channel and End-User events, programs and product catalogs.
• Providing support for online sales tool structure such as SalesAid and program guides.
• Drafting end-user content and messaging tied to growth strategies and quarterly business priorities.
• Management of third-party agencies, specifically for field sales literature and product samples.
• Closely supporting Area-specific tactics tied to growth levers for Channel and End-User activation programs.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, marketing or business degrees preferred (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of marketing communications experience in a business-to-business or agency in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with third party agencies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of asset management tools (e.g. Adobe Assets, Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront).
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time commitments.
• Having a proactive work style and approach to deliverables & deadlines.
• Ability to lead with positivity and inclusivity.

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M Headquaters at least [3] days per week)
•  Maplewood, MN 

Travel: May include up to 10% (domestic/international)
