The Global Processes and Systems Senior Product Analyst will support global quality goals and priorities by maintaining and enhancing global systems and processes for the Post Market Quality organization. This role will be primarily responsible for the Global Medical Device Tracking (GMDT) System and work as Product Owner with stakeholders to recommend, design, and implement functional process and system improvements. This individual will develop, establish, and maintain quality methodologies, systems, and practices which meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements. This work enables solutions in an agile context that deliver valued business outcomes for Boston Scientific.
This individual should be highly motivated and self-directed with excellent analysis and execution skills. In this position, teamwork and collaboration with business partners and cross-functional team members is a necessary skill. This individual should enjoy working in a fast paced and high visibility, high impact environment. This hybrid role will be in-office 3 days per week and will be based in Arden Hills, MN.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support roll-out and implementation of new system functionality as a part of an Agile Scream team (e.g., solicit requirements, create User Stories, work with the Development team, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc.)
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis, opportunity assessments, and product experiments
- Analyze and prioritize requirements as a part of the overall Product Backlog
- Create and publish resources and information for the Post Market organization
- Communicate process changes to the process users; develop and deliver user training and awareness sessions, as well as other global communications
- Provide global support for the Post Market organization to ensure that they can meet defined quality goals and objectives
- Lead or participate in cross-functional large-scale, high-impact projects
- Ability to travel globally on occasion, up to 15% of the time

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years related work experience
- Medical device quality experience
- Ability to work effectively both in-office and virtually, from home
- Experience in systems and process analysis and development
- Experience in change management
- Strong commitment to equity and inclusion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Superior written and oral communication skills with ability to engage individuals and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical acumen, with ability to collect, analyze and interpret business information and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment and see projects/tasks to completion without significant guidance
- Demonstrated problem solving capabilities, high sense of urgency, and commitment to execution
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities and maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
- Experience in Product Teams, Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Appian, Salesforce, PowerBI, Adobe Premiere, and/or Digital Adoption (Whatfix) software is a plus
