We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales organization. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to developing enablement programs, utilizing sales enablement software, and driving the execution of them, working closely with internal stakeholders to refine our Enablement processes as needed, and leveraging our sales enablement and sales operations tech stack.

The successful candidate will implement and manage innovative programs to enable our sales team as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such as new products, services, and sales tools. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player, has stellar communication, and loves seeing other people win. This individual has a track record of success in Enablement or Learning and Development and as a quota carrying individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enablement & Sales leadership to create & tailor enablement programs.
  • Design and facilitate select training programs in partnership with Learning and Development and sales leadership to ensure best-in-class, modern, and engaging training experience that impact identified KPIs.
  • Contribute to the creation and curation of training content, job aids, and learning experiences.
  • Apply an experimental mindset to continuously improve enablement strategies and adapt to evolving dynamics within the market and organization.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Gong and Outreach instances to drive engagement on key initiatives across sales teams and collect anecdotal examples that will allow you to provide impactful coaching.
  • Assist with maintenance of our sales resource’s library and online training academy.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of all methodologies, tools, enablement assets, and best practices.
  • Continuously innovate on all aspects of enablement including programs, delivery, adoption, and reporting
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team’s support initiatives.
  • Contribute to our internal knowledgebase, working closely with our cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales/ Revenue Enablement and/or corporate training
  • 2+ years of quota carrying sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Proven success in full cycle sales role
  • Ability to exercise discretion, decisiveness, and independent judgment on business and training matters.
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to take a large audience on a journey while presenting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high growth business.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for seeing others win.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Innovative and willing to experiment with new strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with sales professionals at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for designing engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to enhance performance.
  • Excellent time management and focus on productivity.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with MEDDIC and BANT sales methodologies
  • Experience with enablement tools such as Gong and Outreach
  • Knowledge of adult learning and enablement theory
