We are currently seeking a Full Time Charge Registered Nurse at Valdosta  State Prison in Valdosta, GA!!

Pay Range: $42.50-$47.50

Charge Nurse (RN) (Charge) (Medical) is responsible for providing supervision of nursing and support staff on the assigned shift in a correctional setting.

Essential Duties:
•    Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients
•    Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing
•    Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs

•    Associate's degree required
•    Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
•    Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
•    Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

 Available Shift:  Evening Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, with rotating weekends
