Job Description

USA Job Family Description: Contribute to transaction teams that source and execute on asset backed finance opportunities across lending and capital markets transactions in multiple securitized products verticals including consumer and commercial ABS, residential mortgage products and esoteric assets.


Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Analyze data including historical performance, collateral tapes and comparables

Build financial models to project cashflows and conduct scenario analysis

Understand and remain informed of rating agency methodologies and credit opinions across a variety of sectors

Communicate with external parties including rating agencies, investors, accounting firms and law firms

Communicate with internal constituents including risk, syndicate and legal

Review transaction documentation including credit agreements, offering documents, etc

Contribute to the production of internal credit memos, pitch books and other presentations

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Quantitative Finance, Business or equivalent field. Req

Work Experience:
3+ Years quantitative securitized products related experience. Req

Skills and Abilities:
Previous financial modeling experience in securitized products

Previous experience in asset backed collateral analysis

Ability to develop analytics across multiple platforms including Excel, Intex and CAS

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Intellectually product savvy, energetic, and self motivated

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to work independently

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$131,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$200,000.00 USD
