At the core of this role is business analysis: you'll run structured discovery with People, Legal, and Corporate Communications stakeholders, translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and system design, and maintain traceability from requirement through UAT sign-off. You'll partner closely with these stakeholders, and with Legal Ops as the functional/business owner of Malbek, to drive project plans, timelines, and vendor coordi
