Job Description

We are looking for an experienced director of product management to lead our claim platform product teams. These teams are responsible for designing service experiences that make our complex logistics processes seem fast and easy. You will be responsible for building the APIs, tools and systems to provide new features and scale our global claim platform. This includes payments, payouts, claim exception management, integrations with our service delivery partners and other claim processing features. 

This role partners closely with internal business partners to understand business objectives and then work with your product teams to figure out implementation options and deliver best in class experiences. In this high impact role, you'll directly impact customers and the success of the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product or related role 

• Have led and mentored a team of product managers 

• Familiarity with agile scrum

• Knowledge of SQL a plus

• BA/BS degree
