Why this job matters
The role is responsible for actively helping the implementation of any HR policies, systems, projects, and processes with strong change management action. The HR Advisor assists in the delivery of people processes and practices such as payroll programmes, HRIS management and data analysis related to employment, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and recruiting.
Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing – your accountabilities
- Provide HR customers and colleagues with an excellent HR customer service and experience by managing administrative tasks effectively and within defined SLAs.
- Manage admin tasks related to on-boarding and case management area eg. Employee record management, exit process, compliance cases, employee query management.
- Produce accurate reports, data extracts and conduct audits using MyHR (Success Factor) and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Be expert in HR System and support stakeholders and colleagues in HR Admin tasks for the relevant HR related process during the whole employee lifecycle.
- Assists with the implementation of related people strategies and standard operating procedures to support the achievement of the overall organisational strategic and operational objectives.
- Assists with the delivery of processes and procedures for the organisation and ensures timely and accurate reporting of information, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements as well as performance objectives such as performance reviews and goal setting.
- Assists in the delivery of specified function personnel record keeping related to matters such as new hires, employee reviews, promotions, transfers and separations and ensures that personnel records meet all standards of accreditation.
- Works alongside HR professionals to support the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness of the business function.

- Experience working effectively in matrixed, global organization.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, SAP
- Data Analytics: uses strong analytical skills and intuition to analyse data and interpret business insights and trends. Uses data to support decision making and develops the best solutions.
