About the role

Manager, Project Management - Partnerships Product Operations

As a Manager of Product Operations, you will be the architect of our product development engine. Your mission is to enable our product team to work more effectively and expedite our ability to bring high-impact products to market. You won't just track projects. You will build the infrastructure, data systems, and operating rhythms that allow our product team to focus on solving customer problems. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the "Source of Truth" for our portfolio strategy and driving organizational change.

The ideal candidate for this role is:

  • A strategic connector: You can align priorities across the matrix of product, tech, and business - bridging gaps to drive shared understanding and forward momentum

  • A systems thinker: You identify patterns across workflows and design scalable approaches that reduce friction and improve operational consistency

  • An outcome-oriented operator: You anchor on decision quality, delivery confidence, and measurable impact, not just activity or output

  • An influence-driven partner: You understand the need to build trust and alignment across stakeholders and drive progress without formal authority

  • A data-driven storyteller: You don’t just run reports, you know how to translate the data into clear and compelling narratives that will help inform leadership decisions

  • A pragmatic change champion:  You know how to balance long-term transformation with near-term execution, testing and iterating to drive meaningful and adoptable change

What You’ll Do

1. Product Operating Model & Governance (Process & Practices)

  • Champion Best Practices: Design and implement the "Golden Path" for product development, including agile methodologies, release management cadences, and discovery practices.

  • Scale the Strategy: Create the systems and standards that enable Product Managers to set strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and iterate on products consistently across the organization.

  • Operating Rhythms: Design and facilitate the forums for trade-off discussions, quarterly planning, and portfolio reviews to ensure high-velocity decision-making.

  • Change Leadership: Act as a "Change Champion" by testing and iterating on new ways of working, ensuring operational changes are adopted and value-additive.

2. Data, Insights & Portfolio Strategy (Business Data & Insights)

  • Portfolio Visibility: Build and maintain trusted, automated views of our product and tech investments to provide leadership with clear visibility into what we are building and why.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance data and operational metrics (e.g., speed to market, feature adoption, ROI) to identify bottlenecks and inform future product strategy.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex portfolio data into compelling narratives that help senior leadership make informed investment decisions.

3. Customer & Market Enablement (Customer & Market Insights)

  • Feedback Infrastructure: Build the systems for customer feedback loops and competitive market scans, ensuring PMs have easy access to the qualitative and quantitative insights they need.

  • Research Logistics: Streamline the process for PMs to engage with customers, managing research repositories and recruitment standards to reduce friction in the discovery process.

4. Tooling & Enablement

  • The Product Tool Stack: Own and optimize our suite of product tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Pendo, Slack). Ensure the tools are configured to generate the data we need without creating "process debt."

  • Knowledge Management: Maintain the documentation, templates, and "Product Playbook" that facilitate efficient delivery and accelerate onboarding for new team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

  • At least 4 years of Project or Process Management experience

  • At least 2 years of experience working in Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree or MBA

  • 5+ years of Projec
