The Senior Director of Provider Success is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing, scaling, and operationalizing a best-in-class end-to-end provider operating model across direct providers, affiliated hospital groups, and PPO-aligned provider partners. This role ensures providers are support-ed consistently throughout the enterprise through standardized workflows, data-driven performance enablement, and unified provider experience.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Business Optimization, the Senior Director leads a lean, enterprise-wide MSO build team responsible for establishing the infrastructure, playbooks, workflows, governance, and technology enablement required to support multiple provider models. While provider engagement and relationship management are executed locally within markets, this role defines the enterprise MSO operating standards that enable consistency, scalability, and accountability across direct, delegated, and aligned provider arrangements.
The role owns enterprise operational integration, ensuring standardized workflows across internal functions such as Utilization Management, Claims, Network Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams, while reducing provider abrasion and administrative burden. The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring all of our direct providers are equipped with the necessary performance data and actionable in-sights. The Senior Director also leads provider performance enablement and provider experience strategy, driving improved satisfaction, quality, access, and financial outcomes across all provider segments.
