Senior Business Operations Advisor

What does a successful Senior Business Operations Advisor do at Fiserv?

You will examine and improve business operations and processes. You will work on key engagements with our clients to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. You will analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. 

What you will do:

• Partner with and support Executive Leadership team with organizational and revenue initiatives
• Support large-complex client implementations with program and portfolio management by collaborating with Client Enablement, Client Services, Product, and Partnerships
• Enable delivery of Fintech products to clients by setting up and driving cross-functional teams and processes across Development, Architecture, Product, and Client Enablement
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, including potential cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to gather relevant business data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, automation, and streamlining operations
• Monitor key performance indicators, KPIs and establish metrics to measure success

What you will need to have:

• 8- 13 years of experience in business operations analysis, preferably in the fintech industry
• 5-10 years of experience with financial technology platforms and solutions
• 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing process improvements
• 5-10 years of experience in a cross-functional team environment and focusing on project details
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work or military experience
