Reverb believes in empowered product teams, where Product Management, Design, and Engineering actively partner to solve real customer problems.
The Core Experience PM will be a part of the Core Team, which is committed to the foundational building blocks of Traffic, Experience, and Enablement that power all of Reverb. The Core Experience PM will work across the Core Team - from our Product Catalog to SEO squads - to conceptualize, build and test ways to make the core Reverb shopping experience as intuitive as possible.
This is a full-time position based in Chicago, reporting to the Director of Product Management. We are open to remote hires within multiple states as well as candidates local to Chicago, IL. For candidates who will work remotely, visit this link for a list of approved locations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main steward of our users’ top and mid-funnel discovery journey, defining and validating user personas, and collaborating across the organization to solve user problems
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and subject matter experts across our SEO, Content and Catalog teams to build and optimize a scalable new page structure
- Work closely with Analytics to ensure that product changes can be tested and measured for continuous learning
- Build and own an outcome-focused roadmap, weighing competing needs and changing requirements to prioritize the most impactful work
- Own the performance, measurement and communication of business impact and outcomes driven by your team’s work
- Ensure priorities are understood across the Core Team
- Work with team members across the organization on an ongoing basis to identify and evaluate opportunities to solve user problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant software/web product management work, UX experience preferred
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis for product planning and determining the impact of projects
- A bias for action when facing competing priorities in a way that keeps the team focused, while demonstrating progress to internal partners
- Technical fluency and experience participating in technical discussions and running meetings with technical and business stakeholders alike
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce strategies, SEO and two-sided marketplace dynamics
