Insurity's next Senior Business Integration Analyst

 

Seeking an aspiring individual to add to our Business Integration Analyst Team at Insurity.

Our Senior Business Integration Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting data that fails to interface from one application to another.  Analysis along with artifacts provided should determine what product team needs to resolve the issue.

They will also participate in the monitoring of the CloudOps Automation Inbox and the Sure Commercial Dashboard. A strong desire to develop technical and business knowledge relative to the monitoring will be needed.

 

What Our Senior Business Integration Analyst Will Do

 

  • Provide mentorship to team members
  • Lead one or more complex customer initiatives including:
  • Understand requirements and executing steps to complete the onboarding of customers
  • Set up new customer reports in Centralized Balancing & Reconciliation (CBR) tool
  • Prepare and update customer-facing documentation including roles & responsibilities, escalation processes, identifying work streams, etc.
  • Participate in regular internal and external status calls
  • Assist Project Management and Customer Relationship groups as required
  • Proactively complete day-to-day customer reports including:
    • Monitoring logs
    • Analyzing failures
    • Triaging errors
    • Addressing out-of-balance issues
  • Respond to complex customer requests in a timely manner and ensure the proper escalation processes are followed
  • Support customer relationships and interactions using tools such as PPM, iCenter, and SharePoint
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Insurity Customer Support and
  • Development staff
  • Pro-actively build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Lead and implement changes and/or new processes to optimize analysis, delivery, support processes
  • Actively monitor CloudOps Automation Inbox on a rotation basis, as a first line of support
  • Actively monitor Dashboards on a rotation basis, opening tickets as first line of support.
  • Work with various internal teams to resolve incidents and problems raised by our monitoring of Inboxes and Dashboards.
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
