About You
As Senior Project Manager you are proficient in establishing and evaluating the Planning, Design and Construction of various assignments as an owner’s representative. You are experienced at co-ordination of the stakeholders in order to develop a hard and soft cost, budget and schedule necessary to support a proforma. The expectation is for the Senior Project Manager to be available to the Clients/Brokerage and Development teams internally to assist in the evaluation, pitching and proposal generation of owner representative services for the execution of real estate projects. Scopes range in variation and include office, healthcare, hospitality retail and mixed-use projects.
In this role, you will…
Manages all phases of project management including design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
Tracks progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and generates reports on status. Monitors expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
Interface with clients to define project requirements, establish project work plans and deadlines.
Be comfortable in a presentation and selling environment as well as be able to proficiently execute tenant improvement and ground up construction projects
Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from the initial project concept through final punch-list and close-out.
Facilitate client meetings regarding project matters.
Manages all facets of project design, construction, and occupancy
Works closely with other functional areas of the organization, project contractors, internal team members, external collaborators, customers and suppliers.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 7-10 years with a focus on general contracting in a design build and or experience in an architectural or consultant type role
Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management.
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software, i.e. Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
Working on project exceeding $5 Million in ground up value.
Able to forecast and prepare budgets and conduct complex financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships.
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $134,210 to $150,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
