E Source is seeking a strategic, commercially grounded Marketing Lead to own and drive the marketing strategy for our Grid Solutions Group, one of our core Market Units (MUs). This is a senior-level, high-impact role functioning as the head of marketing for the business unit, focused on bringing the MU’s business strategy to life through targeted, measurable marketing plans.
You’ll work closely with the MU leader and leadership team to define marketing priorities and develop the integrated marketing strategy for the business unit that supports the broader MU business goals. This includes building the annual and quarterly marketing plan—covering campaign priorities, content themes, sales enablement needs, and key performance metrics. You will coordinate execution through shared services, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
This is not an order-taker or execution-on-demand role. It requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
