About the role
Essential Responsibilities:
- Contact upset guests when expectations are not met and take corrective action as needed Conduct daily inspections to ensure properties meet Beach Properties’ cleanliness Complete spot checks behind cleaners and inspectors to ensure Beach Properties’ standards are met. - Schedule security checks, deep clean inspections, and quality control assessments for inspectors in Breezeway, and perform security checks, deep clean inspections, and quality control assessments when inspectors are not available.
- Work closely with cleaning vendors to resolve any cleaning issues before guest arrival. Schedule cleaning callbacks in Breezeway and communicate via email to ensure issues are resolved in a timely
- Maintain a universal cleaning standard and ensure all cleaning vendors Review contracts as needed and recommend corrective action when necessary.
- Manage inspector supply inventory and track supply usage, performing regular inventory checks. Order inventory as Enter costs into Breezeway for billing. Check supply logs daily to ensure inspector compliance with inventory tracking procedures.
- Supervise and train property inspectors, ensuring adherence to company standards. Assist with onboarding new inspectors when needed, to include creating new users in Breezeway and generating door codes.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections based on business Assess needs daily and weekly and adjust scheduling as needed.
- Personally inspect VIP and owner properties to guarantee
- Work closely with the operations team to enhance owner and guest
- Coordinate with Property Management and Accounting when compensation is due to guests for egregious issues.
- Work closely with Maintenance Department to ensure maintenance issues reported by inspectors and cleaning vendors are resolved in a timely manner. Identify areas where the company can act proactively and develop plans to resolve issues before they happen.
- Assist with annual linen inventories and order supplies as Facilitate ordering of amenity items for cleaners and ensure amenity packs meet Beach Properties’ standards for quality, branding, and appearance.
- Work with the contracted cleaning vendor for Beach Properties’ office building to ensure cleaning standards are met, and address concerns as needed.
- Assist in communicating regularly with inspectors and answer inspector inquiries as Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inspector meetings. Assist in coordinating inspector appreciation events. Provide recognition for a job well done to foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Lead inspector meetings on Saturdays when the Housekeeping Manager is out.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest damage Conduct training with staff and inspectors to ensure protocols are followed. Communicate with accounting team when damage charges need to be applied to guest folios.
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Physical Requirements:
