Job Summary 

Provides technical leadership across multiple products and engineering teams within Managed Solutions Product Engineering. Defines architecture strategy, drives technology direction, and partners with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Influences engineering standards, product strategy, and long-term technical investments across the organization. 
 

Responsibilities 

Architecture & Technical Strategy 

• Define and drive architecture strategy across multiple products and platforms. 

• Establish technical standards, governance, and engineering best practices. 

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align technical direction with business objectives and product strategy. 

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments. 

Technical Leadership 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and product teams on architecture, software design, development practices, and technology adoption. 

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence technical decisions across the organization. 

• Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, design guidance, and technical coaching. 

Product & Platform Delivery 

• Guide the design and delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions. 

• Influence roadmap planning, platform evolution, and build-versus-buy decisions. 

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful product outcomes. 

• Support critical customer and stakeholder engagements as a senior technical leader. 

Innovation & Organizational Impact 

• Establish the future technical direction for Managed Solutions Product Engineering. 

• Drive adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices. 

• Influence senior leadership on technical strategy, investment priorities, and long-term platform evolution. 

• Contribute to innovations that improve product capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. 
   

Qualifications 

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in software architecture and technical leadership. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 

• Proven experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple products or engineering organizations.
