Psychology Specialist Pediatric Development

The Psychology Specialist "Psychometrist" will assist fully licensed neuropsychologist in providing neuropsychological assessments for children with learning, behavioral, developmental and emotional disorders. Helps organize neuropsychologist test materials and assist with writing test reports.

1. Coordination of Care
   1. Assist in the development of individual assessment and treatment plans under supervision of clinical psychologist.
   2. Collect and record data based on observable patient behavior.
   3. Maintain up-to-graphs in accordance with direction by supervisors including but not limited to summarizing, calculating and analyzing data.
   4. Actively participate in sessions in accordance with protocols established by supervisors including but not limited to, 1) implementation of baseline, 2) treatment, 3) parent training, and 4) generalization sessions.
   5. Assist in the preparation and clean-up of session-related activities (preparing treatment room, computers, edible and nonedible materials needed for session, sanitation of materials, toy cleaning, etc.)
   6. Assist with protocol dissemination, protocol reviews and staff/parent training.
   7. Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with patients under supervision and direction of psychologist.
   8. Provide direct patient care following the prescribed behavioral protocols.
2. Other duties as assigned
   1. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, and Licensure :

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or allied discipline.
