We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Manager, Compensation for EMEA & LATAM to help enable our continued growth and lead our regional compensation programs. In this role you are responsible for designing and managing compensation programs and policies in alignment with our global framework and philosophy and regional regulation. You will also be a key member of the company's global compensation and people functions.

We expect office-based employees to be in the office four days per week, with one day working from where they choose. We believe being together facilitates casual conversations and those magic moments where we can work on issues and ideas informally. These moments build capability and deepen trusted relationships and allow our people to feel safe in taking risks and being disruptive. Like so many companies, we are working through the details and things could change …. but in general if a role is deemed office-based we want our teams to be together four days per week.

Your Impact  

  • Managing a team of compensation analysts based in EMEA 
  • Advising senior leadership, People business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and compliance on all compensation-related matters, including program effectiveness, pay planning, fair pay/gender pay, and job evaluation
  • Partnering with compensation team at HQ to design and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives and regional requirements for the EMEA and LATAM regions
  • Supporting regional Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective recruiting practices and alignment with corporate compensation philosophy and guidelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams on market pricing and performance elevation initiatives and responsible for delivery of programs in the region, including consultation on fairness with leaders and People business partners
  • Leading the preparation and submission of statutory gender pay reports, mandatory compensation adjustments, and any other regulatory requirements as mandated by local laws - Managing relationships with external consultants and vendors to support compensation-related initiatives
  • Determine technology needs to best support regional requirements and act as SME on the People Technology process for prioritized projects
  • Customizing and delivering communications and training to multiple audiences including business leaders, managers, and People and Talent partners
  • Partnering with HQ on new country or entity set up by identifying local practices to profile applicable job roles, and ensure competitiveness, and managing the implementation
  • Researching and resolving employee inquiries and escalated issues

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in design, analyses, socialization, and support of compensation programs using base salary, short-and-long-term cash incentives, and equity applicable to a high-growth, high-tech organization across EMEA
  • Project planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives
  • Policy development and process optimization
  • Local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation
  • Acquisition integration of employees and compensation program harmonization
  • Experience in a high technology company with rapid growth highly beneficial
  • Fluent in English with extraordinary presentation, written and spoken communication skills in English required 
  • Other European languages are a bonus - i.e. French, Spanish, German, and Dutch
