Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting ISB Offering Accounts and/or Business Units to enable the business leader to drive profitable growth. Support the Offering Business Manager and Account Operations Support team in process improvements/projects.
Essential Job Functions
· Assist the Process Enablement and PMO team in the management of internal process improvements and projects, ensuring they align with defined business/project goals and timelines.
· Assist in the preparation of process improvement/project status reports for stakeholders.
· Learn all facets of the process improvement and project methodology.
· Analyze project data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
· Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure process improvement/project documentation is up-to-date and organized.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience with project management, data analysis, and reporting
· A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications
· Degree in a relevant field is a plus
· Project management skills a plus
· Insurance industry knowledge a plus
· Strong organizational skills
