Job Description

AECOM/Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Executive to support a large construction project in Jacksonville, FL.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 12 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or similar discipline.
• Construction management experience and expertise in primarily large, complex projects requiring detailed planning and procurement strategies.
• Understanding of variable risk factors, and the ability to make decisions independently.
• Demonstrated experience in the successful project start, execution and close-out, on large multi-billion-dollar construction projects.
• Experience and proficiency in all construction documentation, including design, planning and procurement.
• Experience in permitting with various agencies in the state of Florida.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), BIM360, Bluebeam, CMiC, etc.  
• Offered rate of compensation in Florida locations will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $141,243.45 - $261,300.39 annually.
