Project Finance Manager

Greenvolt is seeking a Project Finance Manager to strategically lead the process of securing project financing, manage relationships with high-level financial institutions, and advise on key decisions for the execution of renewable energy projects across Europe.

Key accountabilities

• Designs, reviews, and validates complex financial models for debt structuring analysis.
• Leads strategic negotiations with banks, rating agencies, and other financial stakeholders.
• Oversees financial and credit due diligence processes.
• Advises the investment committee with high-impact financial recommendations.
• Coordinates cross-functional internal teams (Legal, M&A, Development, Quality, etc.) in financing processes.
• Supports the Project Finance Director in strategic decision-making and represents the department in executive committees.
• Participates in defining the company’s financial strategy in new markets.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or Management
• More than 10 years of relevant experience with project finance in project finance department of the bank, renewable company or one of the Big4 companies in project finance advisory
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and project management software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Superior analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• M&A knowledge is a plus.
