We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our commissary production team. The Production Manager will oversee the preparation of various restaurant items, including our famous ranch and other house-made dressings, pizza sauce, sliced cheese and meats, fruit cups, and more. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. 

Work Schedule:

This position is an exempt (salary) position. The schedule will be primarily 10-hour days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and some work on Wednesdays and Saturdays as needed. Shifts usually start early morning, with evenings off. 

What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the commissary production team, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. 
• Production Oversight: Oversee the production of dressings, pizza sauce, sliced meats and cheese, fruit cups, and other menu ingredients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. 
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Staff Development: Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, hiring, training, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. 

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Spanish. 
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of food production processes and quality control.  
• Energetic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 

What You'll Get:

• Starting salary of $47,590 - $50,000/year, plus period bonuses.
