Position Overview
The Terrain Park Hand Crew Members support the safe, high-quality operation of all Mt. Hood Meadows terrain parks and halfpipe. Responsibilities include daily inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs to terrain features, as well as setup and breakdown for events. This role works outdoors in all winter conditions, provides exceptional guest service, and ensures all features meet safety standards.
This is a full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum age 18.
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability with personal equipment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• Previous ski area or terrain park experience.
• Event operations experience.
• Knowledge of terrain park design and maintenance.
Compensation:
• Starting Wage: $18.66 per hour
