1. Support strategic capture efforts across federal agencies (VA, CMS, DoD, HHS) and state/local health departments.
2. Contribute to growth strategies for Claritev's public sector offerings, including analytics, payment integrity, compliance automation, and operational enablement.
3. Maintain and qualify a pipeline of opportunities, supporting stage-gated reviews and pursuit decisions.
4. Coordinate proposal development, pricing inputs, and SME engagement for priority bids.
5. Assist in establishing teaming agreements and OCI mitigation strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
6. Support development and expansion of delivery partnerships across healthcare and adjacent sectors.
7. Contribute to strategic planning for partnerships in healthcare technology services across public and commercial sectors.
8. Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements to support revenue and market growth.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government and industry.
10. Collaborate across internal teams to align delivery capabilities with market needs.
11. Represent Claritev in select client engagements, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
13. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

* 5-6+ years of experience in healthcare technology, government contracting, or business development, with exposure to public sector health markets.
* Familiarity with federal health technology capture and proposal processes; experience with state/local markets a plus.
* Understanding of healthcare data standards, regulatory frameworks, and public health operations.
* Experience supporting teaming agreements and strategic partnerships.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
