<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Working closely with the executive team and stakeholders on key initiatives, supporting recommendation development and providing insights.</p></li><li><p>Challenging the status quo (jointly with your team) and identifying opportunities to drive value for Allegro.</p></li><li><p>Participation in the end-to-end solution development process, including: problem definition and structuring, running analysis and synthesizing the insights, developing recommendations and strategies, creating implementation plans, converting thoughts into crisp materials (slides, excel, word documents) as well as presenting the results.</p></li><li><p>Making things happen: follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
