Real Estate Video & Graphics Editor

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Video & Graphics Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in Final Cut Pro, photo enhancement, and real estate video editing, with a strong eye for detail and creativity. This role requires experience with HDR photo editing, color grading, motion graphics, and AI-powered editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver HDR real estate photos within an 8-hour shift for up to four orders at a time.
  

• Perform item removals, Day to Dusk transformations, virtual grass additions, and pool replacements in images.
  

• Edit real estate videos to match the required professional portfolio style.
  

• Utilize Motion VFX to add 3D text, property outlines, and other visual enhancements.
  

• Demonstrate color grading skills by showcasing raw vs. edited footage.
  

• Apply special effects such as the disappearing agent effect, house drop effect, and speed ramps.
  

• Edit talking head reels for real estate professionals.
  

• Work with Dropbox to manage and share files efficiently.
  

• Communicate effectively via text, call, FaceTime/Zoom, and email.
  

Requirements

• Preferred someone who already worked with Real Estate 
  

• Expertise in Final Cut Pro for video editing.
  

• Experience in HDR photo editing and advanced real estate photo retouching.
  

• Ability to remove objects from photos and apply virtual enhancements.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate video editing skills.
  

• Proficiency in Motion VFX for adding 3D text and property outlines.
  

• Proven color grading skills (must provide raw vs. edited footage).
  

• Knowledge of generative AI tools for creative enhancements.
  

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  

• Familiarity with Dropbox for file sharing and organization.
