We’re looking for a dependable and efficient Kitchen Porter to support our back‑of‑house operations and help maintain the smooth running of a busy corporate kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas to corporate standards
• Operate dishwashers and ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, and utensils are sanitised and stored correctly
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the Chef Team
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and daily cleaning routines efficiently
• Receive, check, and store deliveries following food safety and stock rotation procedures
• Support the catering team during service times to ensure timely and professional delivery
• Uphold all health & safety and food hygiene regulations consistently
• Professional attitude and strong sense of reliability
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
• High attention to detail, especially with cleanliness and organisation
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
