Engineering Project Manager

- Lead critical initiatives to assess, refine, and optimize R&D NPD and Project Management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Identify capability gaps in project and program management across the organization and develop strategies to address them through training, mentorship, and process enhancements.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and quality teams to ensure consistent and scalable project execution practices.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure project performance and process effectiveness, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate partner engagement and communication across all levels of the organization.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that process improvements and project outcomes are aligned with end-user needs and market expectations.
- You are a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
- You bring experience in Program Management, Project Management, Process Management, and Organization Change Management to optimize Product R&D roles, processes, and technology to drive business needs.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority to drive meaningful change.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in technical project and or program management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
