Project Manager

TechOp Solutions, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing an exciting technical project from inception to completion, establishing timelines and milestones, and managing resources to meet project goals. The Project Manager will also act as the contract manager and be responsible for the performance of the work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure project delivery is completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget meeting all quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams including clients, stakeholders, upper management, and technical staff to ensure project success.
• Uphold project methodologies, standards and processes, ensuring compliance with tech, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project issues, risks, and changes, escalating as necessary.
• Develop and mentor project team staff, encourage and support team growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in providing daily operations and support for M365 products in a large corporate/government environment at the project or program level.
• BA degree and 8-10+ years of experience in project management reflecting increasing degrees of complexity is required Experience shall reflect both strategy and execution support.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• A deep understanding of the IRS IT organization – its structure, processes, and leadership approach is preferred.
• Experience working with stakeholders to maintain service level agreements (SLA) and streamline workflow.
• Extensive experience coordinating internal communications and tasks with stakeholders.
• Experience working with ServiceNow while adhering to the Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) and Program Management Framework (PMF).
