Project Support and Site Administration Specialist

Main tasks:

• Project support for general administrative tasks.
• Support with the creation of change orders.
• Support controlling and in the preparation of financial forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
• General office tasks.
• Contact people in Germany for the international HR and finance department.
  

Requirements

• German education in the field of industrial business management (Industriekaufmann/ Industriekauffrau) or office management (Kaufmann/ Kauffrau für Büromanagement).
• At least 5 years of experience in a project support, administrative, or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
• Experience in dealing with German authorities and banks for standard financial/tax needs of smaller companies.  
• German and English fluent (verbal and written communication).
