Job Overview: 

The Business Management Analyst will support the development and execution of processes that drive efficiency and performance optimization across a variety of functions and programs within the Service organization. This individual will gather and use data insights to help drive related business decisions within Service at all levels. The right candidate will be adept at answering questions with data, developing supporting processes that serve business needs, and supporting organizational change. 

Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are needed, along with the ability to be flexible and effectively prioritize. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement, and manage reporting solutions that address the eveolving data needs of the Service organization, offering consultative support to stakeholders.

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to senior ledership.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and measure the impact of both small-scale and department-wide initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive initiatives that enhance the operational effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the Service organization.

  • Partner closely with the Performance Optimization VP to develop executive-level presentations that effectively communicate key messages and strategic insights.

Requirements: 

  • Eligiable candidates must have a graduation timeframe between December 2025 and June 2026 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field 

  • 3.3 GPA minimum 

Core Competencies:  

  • Ability to organize and analyze data 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail 

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity 

  • Ability to work within a team, take initiative and show strong attention to detail 

Preferences: 

  • Advanced level skills with Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Formatting, Data Validation, Filtering) required 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

  • Experience with Python, Salesforce and/or Tableau is a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 


 

Pay Range:

$32.45-$54.09/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
