Summary
Under moderate supervision, provides administrative support to PBM account. Performs specialized administrative duties as appropriate for department.
Your role in our mission
- Performs routine office duties in alignment with business unit/functional area, including data entry, data analysis for presentations, and document compilation.
- Coordinates outgoing department correspondence, creates original correspondence, and manages incoming email distribution to appropriate personnel.
- Distributes documents, such as faxes, scans, and ensures timely receipt by department employees.
- Manages scheduling of meetings and off-site functions, reserves conference rooms, and coordinates specific activities for the business unit/functional area.
- Acts as the time administrator for the account, assisting staff with tracking time in CATS, correcting past time sheets, and addressing access issues.
- Maintains account email distribution lists, handles equipment ordering for new/existing staff, submits requests for credentials and system access, and assists new staff with HR and IT issues.
What we're looking for
- Two or more years of administrative assistance experience

- Office Enviorment
- Work shift between 8:00 am. - 6:00 pm. (CST) Monday through Friday
The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
