On the Software Engineering Property Platform team reporting to Director Software Engineer, you will support projects including Opera PMS Integration.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Lead Technical Execution & Code Quality
  • Perform deep code reviews with a focus on performance optimization, secure coding practices, and adherence to architectural patterns (e.g., domain-driven design, microservices).
  • Enforce CI/CD standards, including pipeline configuration, test gating, and artifact promotion workflows.
  • Evaluate and propose new frameworks, design patterns, or service enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
  • Hands-on Development of Software Solutions.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Lead a team of software engineers and technical staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.
• Communicate with partners to report progress and address concerns.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our company.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.
