King of Pops Retail Cart Operations Lead

Description

 We are looking for a driven and capable Operations Lead to join our team! As an Ops Lead for our Retail Carts, you will fill a key leadership role. You will train and maintain a healthy team, assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and ensure all catering and retail carts’ success.

• Reports to: King of Pops Operations Manager
• Status: Full time (seasonal)

Principal Job Functions:

• Commits to the purpose, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates King of Pops’ core values
• Responsible for training, supervising, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Ensures compliance with human resource policies and procedures by staff.
• Drives sales and continuous process improvements for a multi-shift, high volume operation that prioritizes safety, inventory control, regulatory compliance, receiving, packing, and sales.
• Help capture content for local social media channels.
• Help supervise day-to-day operations of HQ Ops area and off-premise pop cart activations.
• Be “on-call” to cover shifts in case of emergencies or call-outs.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Full weekend availability.
• This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
