Operations Business Partner

 Role Summary:

The Argano Operations Business Partner (OBP) serves as a critical link between Argano’s centralized operations function and its Business Units (BUs). This role is responsible for sharing and driving adoption of operations best practices and Argano processes ensuring compliance with enterprise operational standards and identifying BU-specific needs for operational support. This role will act as the liason between BUP & GBUP and the GSS Operations team. The OBP will continuously assess and inform the evolution of the central operations function to ensure it remains well-positioned to address the people, process, and technology challenges across Argano's ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations and experience across diverse business entities. Professional services experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Unit Partnership

• Act as the primary liaison between centralized operations and assigned Argano Business Units (BUs).
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to BU leadership on operations-related matters.
• Partner with BU leaders to understand their unique operational challenges and requirements.
• Work closely with People, Marketing and Finance business partners. 
• Track and report on adoption, effectiveness, and alignment of operations initiatives within BUs.

Contract Management

• Promote and facilitate the adoption of operations best practices, tools, and standards across BUs.
• Ensure consistent compliance with enterprise operations policies, frameworks, and governance models.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across BUs.

Capability Assessment & Feedback Loop

• Translate BU needs into actionable insights to help evolve central operations capabilities.
• Continuously assess BU demand and opportunities for expanding central operations support.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to the central operations team to enhance people, process, and technology capabilities.

Initiative Enablement & Execution

• Support the deployment of strategic operations initiatives across people, process, and technology domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational maturity and scale across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement within and across BUs.

• Revenue Operations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or shared services environments.
• Demonstrated success driving centralized operations or shared services support across diverse business units.
• Strong understanding of operational domains including People Operations, Process Optimization, and Technology Enablement.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working in or with professional services organizations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ente
