Accounts Receivable Accountant - Customer Master Data

Job Description

• Create customer accounts and maintain data in Oracle;
• Coordinate actions with internal customers / stakeholders, if needed;
• Report status of current accounts maintenance processes to management – data clean up;
• Create and maintain accurately customer contract data in Oracle;
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records;
• Assist with month-end closing;
• Respond to all customer inquiries;
• Open to work cross markets;
• Special and ad hoc projects as assigned by AR Team Leader.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail: working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner;
• Customer care and service-oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers;
• Very well organized to keep track of work done and attentive to details;
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel;
• Problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently but also in a team;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian;
• Experience using Oracle platform is a plus.
