As a part of the D&B Credit Card Operations team, the Senior Analyst Credit Card Operations will be the SME for all aspects of the credit card process.
Senior Analyst Credit Card Operations will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for resolution to daily operation issues and participating and leading project enhancements as it relates to credit cards.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Daily end to end management of credit card operations including (but not limited to):
  • Management of helpline and addressing customer facing issues.
  • Daily and monthly activity reporting.
  • Identification and investigation of fraud.
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize data to communicate key metrics around credit card data.
  • Provide planning and direction as a SME on all facets of credit card application support including (but not limited to):
  • Coordinate and lead resolution with calling applications and technical teams to resolve integration issues.
  • System interactions for issue resolution.
  • Manage projects for credit card application from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with credit card processor and 3rd parties for account maintenance, issue resolution and new functionality.
  • Aid Business Leaders in making value enhancing business decisions.
  • Assists with special projects and key initiatives as required.

Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree, in accounting, finance or technology, with 3+ year’s experience in payments industry including credit card processing, chargebacks and fraud.
  • 3-5 years of operations or project management experience.
  • Must be willing to take initiative while demonstrating strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Visio.
  • Excellent attention to detail to manage daily operations with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer data (in essential functions).
