(Senior) Chef de Partie - Flore**

Flore is located within De L’Europe Amsterdam and holds two Michelin stars and a Green Star for sustainable gastronomy. We’re looking for a (Senior) Chef de Partie who is ready to grow with us and contribute to what makes Flore special.

What you'll do

As (Senior) Chef de Partie you work directly with Head Chef Bas van Kranen and take full responsibility for your station, from prep to service. You maintain our quality standards, guide junior colleagues and make sure your section runs smoothly every day.

You keep a close eye on quality, consistency and waste. You communicate clearly with the rest of the kitchen, stay curious about new techniques and ingredients, and help create an environment where the team can develop and do their best work.

Requirements

Who you are

• Experienced Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchen

• Passionate about food, quality and sustainable cooking

• Calm under pressure and able to keep your section running at a high level

• Happy to share knowledge and help junior colleagues develop

• A team player with a good eye for detail

• Clear communicator, both with the team and with management

• Solutions-focused and consistent in the way you work

• Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in a two- or three-Michelin-starred kitchen

• Affinity with sustainable cuisine and the values behind a Green Star

• Experience mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

• Knowledge of current culinary trends and innovative techniques
