About the role

Position Summary:

The Senior Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of complex, high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, vertically integrated manufacturing environment. Focused on the production of modular infrastructure for hyperscale data centers, this role drives execution across scope, schedule, and budget while proactively managing risk, navigating change, and aligning cross-functional teams. The Senior Program Manager interfaces with engineering, procurement, operations, and quality teams to deliver factory-built solutions that meet demanding customer expectations—without direct responsibility for field construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle execution of modular infrastructure programs from kickoff through manufacturing completion
  • Operate with urgency in a dynamic manufacturing setting, responding quickly to shifting priorities, production changes, and customer requirements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, including supply chain disruptions, resource constraints, and engineering change impacts
  • Drive structured change management processes related to design revisions, production modifications, and process improvements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, internal coordination, and performance reporting during the manufacturing phase
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers aligned with factory throughput and delivery milestones
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and quality to ensure deliverables meet technical and performance expectations
  • Provide timely and transparent updates to executive leadership, highlighting status, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Drive root-cause analysis and rapid problem resolution when production challenges arise
  • Mentor junior program managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of execution, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience managing complex programs within manufacturing environments, preferably with engineered-to-order or modular products
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, change control, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume production environments
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems, Deltek)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Key Attributes:

  • Operates with urgency and precision in high-speed manufacturing environments
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful in the face of ambiguity or change
  • Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator across all levels, from factory floor to executive team
  • Committed to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
