Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Web Strategist to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. As the Web Strategist, you will oversee the user experience on anaconda.com. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure website UX, design, content, and functionality align with business objectives and user needs. They will also oversee website content production, experimentation, personalization, and digital experiences.
What You'll Do

• Develop user journeys for different personas working with product management, product marketing management, UX, and Design teams.
• Manage information architecture keeping it simple and communicating requirements to developers.
• Lead experiments to improve user journey and KPIs.
• Utilize analytics to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Manage site personalization, working closely with content creators and Marketing Operations.
• Manage day-to-day project management of content requests. Including content intake, page plan creation, and reviewing and approving website content.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and user needs.
• Partner with the UX team to create a usability testing program to validate and refine user journeys.
• Communicate web strategies and design choices effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster a shared understanding and alignment of goals and approaches.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the .com platform, identifying growth opportunities and best practices

What You Need:

• Experience in web strategy and website content management
• Experience with WCM system (WordPress preferred)
• Experience with web information architecture
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, HEAP)
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira
