Sr. Director, MXDR Platform Architecture

 

Reporting to the VP, MXDR Architecture, the Sr. Director, MXDR Platform Architecture will lead the team on planning, integration, administration and engineering of SAAS based platforms for use in Managed Security Service delivery (MXDR & MXDR).  Additionally, Sr. Director, MXDR Platform Architecture will work internally to advocate for the needs of the MXDR Platform Architecture & Alliances organizations.

 

You will partner with leaders across Deepwatch to ensure we're achieving our mission in a way that creates confidence in our ability to deliver high engagement product experiences that impress our customers.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Lead planning, integration, administration and engineering of SAAS based platforms for use in Managed Security Service delivery (MXDR & MXDR)
• Build and develop a remote team of cybersecurity experts supporting MXDR offerings 
• Contribute to the overall architecture and planning for MXDR solutions
• Utilize operational experience to bring new capabilities to market and to operations
• Run platform operations for MXDR managed services
• Work collaboratively with sales, marking, product, operations, and vendor counterparts 
• Capture customer requirements, feedback, and needs and communicate MDXR capabilities to customers
• Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement 
• Deliver impactful presentations at industry events to advance Deepwatch’s success in the market

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

• Expertise in the following areas: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection and Computer Forensics
• MXDR integration and production operations
• Expert level experience with Managed Security Services (MSS and MXDR), CrowdStrike, Cribl, AWS, Zscaler, Netskope, & Carroty.
• Experience leading highly technical remote teams
• Demonstrate understanding and proven ability to implement complex architectures
