We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sr. Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting office. Our Talent Management team is focused on attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in our industry. Your main role will be to lead the strategy, implementation, change management, and alignment of Talent Management and Organizational Development strategies across the organization. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Learning and Development to lead our organization's efforts in fostering the growth and professional development of our workforce across the markets that we serve. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and executing innovative learning strategies that align with our business objectives and support the ongoing success of our diverse team members.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and as a key member of the Human Resources Leadership team, the Sr. Director, TMOD will provide leadership for our Talent Management team, leading strategies including leadership development, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, coaching, assessment, retention, engagement, and culture. This role will have responsibility for driving strategic and operational activities related to the management of the talent across Brown and Caldwell and creating the best culture for top talent to do their best work. The Sr. Director is also responsible for aligning our strategies to enable the HR Business Partner team to best partner with our Business Leaders.

Leads, develops, and implements various initiatives to continuously grow our organizational health
- Learning Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify organizational learning needs and design a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business goals and values.
- Curriculum Design and Implementation:
- Oversee the development of a wide range of curriculum-based learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and other learning resources.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness of learning materials.
- Implement engaging learning methodologies that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Learning Execution:
- Lead the execution of learning initiatives, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and resources to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs, collecting feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Technology Integration:
- Stay up to date with advancements in learning technologies and solutions and recommend their integration to enhance learning experiences.
- Leverage e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital resources to create a blended learning approach.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads, managers, and executives to understand their teams' learning needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to bring cutting-edge insights and resources to the organization.
