The Rotational Program - Nuveen Asset Managemnt Analyst participates in a comprehensive rotational program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real life situations and projects. This job works with financial services technology platforms and tools and learns techniques, disciplines and processes to become more familiar with financial services. Each rotation is designed to improve business knowledge and build an overall understanding of the company. This job is assigned a mentor who provides ongoing coaching and feedback.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Develops skills and gains experience to ensure a successful career at TIAA.
- Executes project activities by understanding objectives, meeting time lines and communicating results.
- Assists in preparing information and research materials, including Powerpoint presentations.
- Takes notes during meetings and provides to team members.
- Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
- Shadows multiple office jobs and trains in a variety of function-related tasks.

Overview: The Business Intelligence Rotational Associate will gain comprehensive exposure to strategic aspects of Nuveen's investment business through three distinct rotations. This program develops future leaders who can drive business strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Sample Projects Include:
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and business intelligence to support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement responsible investing frameworks and ESG integration strategies
Support product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Assist with business management processes, operational improvements, and governance initiatives
Contribute to enhancing client experience and engagement strategies
Additional Requirements:
Must have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher prior to the program's start date
Preferred Qualifications:
Participation in TIAA’s Summer Associate Internship Program
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated interest in investment management and business strategy
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions
Development Opportunities:
Virtual Wall Street Prep Financial Modeling course within first 6 months
Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business initiatives
Development of deep industry knowledge across multiple business functions
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-12-13Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr - $85,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
