Clinical Specialist Registered Nurse | Home Health

Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Clinical Specialist RN in Home Health. This office-based position has minimal direct patient care but rather, it is responsible for the coordination and oversight of patient care provided by the clinical team and will include the Pediatric Team. The Clinical Specialist RN will serve as a clinical resource for patients/families and for staff to enhance professional and independent practice within the department. This position is responsible for promoting behaviors and processes that demonstrate the highest level of customer services to internal/external customers. 

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Marketplace Office - Waite Park 
• Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
• Every 8th weekend | No holidays or on-call   
• Ability to occasionally work from home once fully trained – subject to change due to staffing needs 

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $83,886.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
  • Salary range: $83,886.40 - $125,840.00 per year 
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing 
• BSN or MSN preferred 
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card 
• Minimum of one year of home care experience and knowledge of home care regulatory guidelines
• Reliable transportation with a valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing and insurance liability coverage meeting CentraCare's standards 

Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls, and more.
